Our volunteers come from many backgrounds: Retired professionals who want to share a lifetime of knowledge College and graduate students seeking meaningful teaching experience Professionals and hobbyists with unique skills and passions Anyone who enjoys connecting with curious young people Teach a class. Tutor a student. Mentor an independent project. Lead a workshop. You don't need a teaching degree—just enthusiasm for what you know, patience with different learning styles, and a desire to make a difference. Most volunteers spend 1–3 hours per week for a semester or school year. One-time workshops are also welcome.
