The Special Olympics New Jersey 2023 Summer Games is Friday-Sunday, June 9-11, 2023. We cannot serve our athletes the way we do without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. We are still looking for volunteers to assist with all aspects of the games. There are various volunteer roles available at each venue.
This opportunity is located at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. Volunteers are needed for the following opportunities.
- Awards - assist with the awards presentation following competition.
- Escort - escort athletes from staging to field events.
- Marker/Measurer/Recorder - measure and record distances for the field events.
- Raker/Retriever - reset the field event after each athlete competes.
- Security - help with security of the venue. Must be at least 18 years old.
- Staging - assist with staging athletes for races or awards.
