Volunteer: Special Olympics New Jersey - 2026 Summer Games Volunteers NeededSummer Games will be held at The College of New Jersey on June 5-7, 2026. We are excited to host 2,500 athletes competing in bocce, gymnastics, powerlifting, softball, swimming, tennis, and track & field. We are truly thankful for your support, and we could not serve our athletes the way we do without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. Volunteers are needed in the following venues: Bocce - scorekeepers, timers, staging, awards, and court assistants.Gymnastics - venue set up.Softball - announcer, awards, general assistants, bench assistants, and scorekeepers.Swimming - awards, announcers, escorts, recorders/results runners, staging, and timing.Tennis - ball retrievers, general assistants, scorekeepersTrack & Field - awards, escorts, field event volunteers, staging, and venue security.Support Roles - Opening Ceremony assistants (Friday evening only), volunteer check in, and venue breakdown.Healthy Athletes - Healthy Athletes volunteers must be students or professionals in a related health field.
